1993 Nissan Quest - No Start

Due to the styling of the rear of 1993 Nissan Quests, it is often difficult to visually determine if the rear hatch is completely closed. If your battery is discharging resulting in a no start condition and if a complete check of the charging system (Bosch p/n AL2355X) comes up empty handed, check the rear hatch. If it is slightly ajar, the interior lights will remain on, causing a constant drain on the battery. The solution to this problem is to make sure the rear hatch is securely closed.
