1979 Mazda RX7 - Starter Design Change

Many owners complain of getting starters for 1979 Mazda RX7s (Bosch p/n SR185X, SR274X) with 11 teeth on the pinion gear when their original had only 8. On these vehicles, Mazda has made a running change and is now producing starters with 11 teeth instead of 8. Both versions are totally interchangeable.
